The bouquet looked beautiful. Full and nicely arranged, and the flowers looked to be in good condition. The speed was much appreciated.The only thing I would change is for the merchant to answer the phone to discuss, or call to discuss substitutions. I called during open hours and no one answered. I was ordering on a Saturday for a Monday delivery so didn't have much time. I was forced to use the online ordering system.The online ordering system has preset bouquets. I selected one with hydrangeas, peonies, and calla lilies. I knew a substitution would likely need to be made, and I would have liked to discuss it. I don't think roses are an adequate substitute for peonies and it was my parents' anniversary, so the roses may also have overlapped for what my dad chose for my mom. I didn't see any calla lilies in the picture of the bouquet. The "look" of the selected bouquet was nicely replicated by the florist.
